Sick Dog stomach pain any suggestions?

My dog is not doing to well went to the vet Friday , they seem to think intestinal trouble. So I brought him home on a diet. He was sick to his stomach about 7 times in the house. He is a good dog never bite anyone. nip a few times at people , but it's usually when he wants to be let alone and kids keep bugging him but never bite. So I stayed up with him . He can't move bowels and is drinking a lot though.He is peeing a lot. He seems to want to eat other things but not anything that has been in this diet .Rice , Yogurt, carrots ,sweet potatoes ,mashed potatoes chicken with rice. He is not picky when it comes to food. He loves raw carrots , chicken and even loves sweet potatoes. My daughter was eating cheez its she forgot and gave him a few gone in seconds. So on Friday I was told if he still didn't move his bowels , then something had to happen . Bring him back. Now I am a single parent and my income is ok. Well I tryed everything this weekend. Milk of mag , fish oil still nothing. So I was told by my pastor. His friend is a vet give him a suppository . So I did of course he was not happy but tolerated it. Well when I put it in , it was like a pressure valve air and watery sh t came out. the only way to explain is shake a coke and and open. So he still was ok but now crap on his butt as well as the fine line the squirted out. So bath time. Take him in the tube his butthole is swollen out red. So as I am washing him he is not happy and crys a little but ok , so just give him full bath. Well I go to wash him back butt ok then under get near his stomach start to scub . Holy crap I touch his stomach , he turns and bit me up . 5 or6 times in the hand, blood pouring out my hands ,daughter freaks out (11) I am calling 911 .I said no they will take Skippy ,I will be ok. bit are bad just a lot of blood. So she calls my parent 2 miles away and they come right over. My dog has never nip at me bit me he respects me the most. So vet this am I am in FL. so can't go til 9 it's 7 any ideas. I will pay for whatever , just trying to get an idea from someone who may no. Can't leave for 2 hrs. He is a schipperke 6 yrs old. One change in diet the bones like milkbones, company still has not called back .EVERPET. cheap should not have bought. If it is the bone I will deal with the company later. Need some suggestions on his condition.
