Pain while having a bowel movement?

Basically, I am having pain during a bowel movement and my anus is very swollen and red afterwards. This has been happening for a month now and I did get some suppositories from the doctors but they have not worked. I have noticed a sore lump close to my anus so I don't know if that has anything to do with it? I also feel quite itchy sometimes and uncomfortable down there too. And I have seen a small amount of blood on toilet paper once or twice. I really hate going to the toilet now as I know it will hurt and I just want it to go away and get better! Any ideas? Please help!

How do i give my 9 year old refusing daughter a suppository?

ive given her eveyrthing. she's been constipated over a week and a half now i brought her to the the doctor 3 times on my last visit he said its gotten to the stage were only a suppository will do it. she understands and knows whats going on but just refuses to leave me? ive asked her if she wanted to do it herself she said if its going up there at all she wants me too. also she's ver petite for her age and has a small little bum hole how could i make it easier on her to get it up there without hurting?

My son suffers from acid reflux, severe constipation,colic and bad gas, do you think nutrimegen will help him?

My son is 7 weeks old. Since he was born he has had terrible problems with his belly :(. At birth he was very constipated and i had to help him go to the bathroom everyday with a thermometer. We tried prune juice, karo syrup, pear juice ,suppositories and 4 different types of formula! Finally the doctor said that he was having trouble breaking down the protein in the milk which was making him constipated so he switched him to gerber good start which is partially broken down and it helped a little bit. However he still grunts and moans and groans all day and struggles to go. He goes about once every 2 or 3 days. He also has silent reflux which he is taking pepcid for. He is always gassy and in pain and never sleeps. He is just not a happy baby. I havent slept in weeks and neither has he. I heard that the formula called nutrimagen works wonders for babies like mine. Has anyone else had a good expierence with this milk? Will it work for me? i will try anything to make him better. thanks alot

I have a problem with it near my panty line on the folds of my skin near my legs and it was causing me alot of problems so I got some Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar and put it on a cotton ball and rubbed it over the area that was bothering me the most. I can't say that it smelled great, but it did seem to work to help control the itch. Monistat makes a good cream to use for the itching and the yeast infection. Try drinking 4 oz of real cranberry juice every night (not cranberry juice cocktail - too much sugar). Also try to start eating greek and low-fat yogurt. The both contain live cultures that can help with the yeast. Good luck!
