Induction? Need experience people to answer only please!?

I am being induced next Thursday and I have been induced before but NOW they are introducing this vaginal suppository to help thin the cervix. Has anyone had this done and what is to be expected? Can the suppository actually start labor or will I still be administered pitocin to kick start labor? Just people who have had experience with this please respond. Thank you!
