IVF; is it okay to stop progesterone after hearing a strong heartbeat?

Just curious what everyone's thoughts were on this, anyone stop progesterone around (7-8 weeks) after hearing a strong heartbeat? & pregnancy go fine. i know every RE seems to have diferent protocols. i just would like to know your experience if you've been thru this. also what type were you on? (pills, suppositories, inj) thanks for the help (:
