Has this happened to you after surgery?

i had surgery to remove an ectopic pregnancy on saturday, i have been constipated . i was able o work yesterday but by the end of the day i was in so much pain i couldnt even walk of breath with being in pain . i have done a suppository took two stool softeners. i still cant go to the bathroom but im in so much pain with cramping and everything hurts that it hurts to walk around . im going to call my doctor at nine but does this sound normal??
