Pain while having a bowel movement?

Basically, I am having pain during a bowel movement and my anus is very swollen and red afterwards. This has been happening for a month now and I did get some suppositories from the doctors but they have not worked. I have noticed a sore lump close to my anus so I don't know if that has anything to do with it? I also feel quite itchy sometimes and uncomfortable down there too. And I have seen a small amount of blood on toilet paper once or twice. I really hate going to the toilet now as I know it will hurt and I just want it to go away and get better! Any ideas? Please help!
