My 5 Year old has a Temperature of 102. is it safe 2 treat her at home with para link suppositories ?

im keeping her cool and giving her fluids. she said she has a headache. she still wants 2 eat and drink. should i be concerned. i normally treat my kids at home with these methods and it would normally work.
