2 month old hasnt pooped in 6 days :(?

Totally normal for a fully breast fed baby. Some babies go many times a day, some once, some every few days. It is not uncommon for a fully breast fed baby to go up to 10 days without a bowel movement. He absolutely does not need a suppository, unless when he goes it is very hard in consistency he is not constipated. Constipation is defined by the hard consistency of the stool, not the frequency of the bowel movements.
