Vaginal suppositories and antibiotics during period?

I have an infection and the doctor prescribed 10 day suppositories and 10 day antibiotics. Now I realized I will have my period in 4 days so I need to wait till after right? And do I also need to wait to start taking the antibiotics? Or can I take them now? I really appreciate your answers, only serious ones please.
