5 months pregnant and i cant poop :( tried suppository's.?

so this has been going on for a week now the first time i pushed and pushed till i pooped. worst day of my life. it looked like little rocks that i pooped out so i don't know why it hurt s bad. i tryed gylcerin suppository's but they don't seem to go any where like its stuck in my butt and won't move. it wont even desolve 0_0 i don't know what to do anymore. i dont want to go to the hospital because i wont no finger or anything going in there! i eat good i drink healthy i don't know why this is! any help would be great thanks :)
