How do i give my 9 year old refusing daughter a suppository?

ive given her eveyrthing. she's been constipated over a week and a half now i brought her to the the doctor 3 times on my last visit he said its gotten to the stage were only a suppository will do it. she understands and knows whats going on but just refuses to leave me? ive asked her if she wanted to do it herself she said if its going up there at all she wants me too. also she's ver petite for her age and has a small little bum hole how could i make it easier on her to get it up there without hurting?
