C-diff and 12 weeks preganat HELP!?

this is my second time having c-diff i had it 3 years ago and I literally almost died in the hospital. I just found out that i have an rectal flare up, ulcerative colitis flare up, vary low potassium and C-diff! yes all this at once! i have to be put on an antibiotic, up my medication for my Crhon's and colitis ( I have Crhon's AND Ulcerative Colitis), i have to take suppositories for my rectal flare up, and something for my potassium. Im worried about my growing baby!!! I am 12 weeks pregnant whats going to happen?! will my baby be ok?
