Kinda graphic! Yeast infection?

for about a week my vagina has been sore/itchy. the past few days it is puffy and red around the clit/hole! i have kinda little bally/chunky discharge and my vagina is drying out on the outside and getting cracks/slits on it. i took the 3 days worth of suppository from walmart but yesterday was suppose to be the 3rd day and i missed it so im taking it tonight. the first day i took it the pain was pretty much gone, but it has came back. i feel urgent to go to the bathroom and its sore after i go for quite some time. does it sound like yeast infection? i am calling my gyno tomorrow to make an appointment but just curious of what you all think????? i know its not an std/sti because i just got checked a few wks ago cuz it was offered for free although i have been with my husband for 10 years and know he isnt cheating, nor am i. so thats out of the question lol
