Is there going to be a remake of the James Bond film "Never Say Never Again" starring Justin Beaver?

is that annoying ferret headed, pop sensation kid named Justin Beaver really going to be starring in a remake of a James Bond film from the 80s? someone told me he already has a movie out called "Never Say Never",..is this supposed to be some sort of prequel to the Sean Connery film entitled "Never Say Never Again"?....hmmm...someone needs to get to work out a parody video on youtube, cause that would be friggin hilarious.
