I am in terrible pane but I don't no what to do! Can someone help me?

I am terrible constipated an I haven't been able to poop for almost five days. I have tried using them suppositories (they are like a wax bullet that you put in you're butt hole an its supposed to make you poop but it didn't work. Last night I ate two of them ex-lax tablets an they didn't help either. I have so much belly pane an even my butt hole is soar! I don't no what else to do! Can someone help me?!
