Baby liquid glycerin suppositories amount?

My baby (1 month) is supplemented and she hasn't a bowel movement in 2 weeks her doctor recommended fleet pedialax liquid glycerin suppositories. They're are for children ages 2-5. Her dr said not to use the entire thing bc of her age but didn't say exactly how much and he went on vacation for 2 weeks so I can't get ahold of him. Does anyone know about how much to give her. She's not in any pain but she is extremely gassy. Please help 1st time mom!
