Am I going to have a miscarriage?

I have been TTC for 3 months now. I took Clomid and also had to have DH give me the ovadril shot. This did not work for the first 2 months, but this month my doctor also added prometrium suppositories twice a day. Yesterday morning I went to get a blood test and my doctor called me in the afternoon to tell me I am pregnant! But then she said that my HGC level was 12 which is a little low but it still may just be because it is early (LMP was March 28). She asked me if I have ever had a miscarriage and I said no (I do have a 2 year old daughter and I got pregnant with her using the same medications) and she said well we will repeat the bloodwork on Monday to see if it has doubled and then again in a week. And she said don't tell anyone that you are pregnant just yet. I am really worried now.... everything seems normal, my temps are still high and I am not feeling any symptoms of miscarriage. We have been trying for 3 months and spent a TON of money, also I really want my baby to make it. Does it sound like I am having a miscarriage?
